What a professional and efficient company from first contact through to repair. I cannot praise Jonny enough what a very pleasant young man, his work ethic was outstanding. He traced the central heating pipework that was leaking in a short time only to find that the builder had laid the stud-wall on top of the connection that was leaking. He never gave up and after working continuously for nearly five hours he managed to access the leaking faulty fitting with as little damage as possible. Jonny made sure that boiler pressure was holding and checked all radiators before replacing skirting board and carpet and hovered. Jonny gets a 10/10 from me he was just amazing and a credit to the company. The trace and access report is really helpful and detailed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Stephen did an excellent job across the day. He was very thorough in checking the boiler and the whole heating system to find the leak, and explained each step of the process as well as recording it in photos and videos. He went above and beyond to give me advice on how to proceed to have the leak repaired and what key information I needed to move forward. His follow up report put everything he had explained in writing. He also gave detailed information on other issues with the boiler and managed to restore the hot water supply on a temporary basis, which was an unexpected bonus. Emma was also great at getting everything booked in and answering my questions, as well as getting the report to me the morning after the visit. Can't recommend WLS highly enough.

Very stressed after my new boiler was losing pressure fast , water loss solutions from the second we called to the completion of the job were very reassuring .Jack found the leak very quickly, repaired the leak and replaced the flooring to exactly as it was , very professional , courteous and tidy !Would recommend WLS to anyone , fantastic service!

Sent by insurer to find a leak - caused another one by fitting a poor quality plug on cast iron pipe! Blamed a sewage leak on a window and shower seals. Did not consider previous water testing / leak detection reports or apply common sense in their assessment. As a result delayed my claim by months. Avoid

I have been trying to plug a leak in our water supply (from a well) for four weeks. Confusing outcome, but at of the day no success. Contacted Water Loss Solutions and, three days later, had a crew to investigate the problem. The leak was found (in the middle of a swamp) and large sections of water-pipe with previously unknown location located. What a treat to have the right guys with the right tools to provide a good service. Thank you.

We had a central heating leak for almost 5 months and could not see where it was coming from so contacted this company. They managed a visit a few days later. Jonny was very professional and methodical in assessing the situation, finding the leak and repairing it within a short space of time. He then stayed whilst we confirmed the leak was repaired. Excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Phoned for help, and Jack came out next day. Although not his primary role, he detected there was a leak from an outside drain of my house. Excellent service, but pricey, and will be glad when our leak is sorted through our insurance company.

We had called Gas Board ( we have a service contract) when boiler pressure failed and hourly top-ups were necessary to maintain some heating during a cold weather spell that was expected to worsen. They determined there must be a subterranean leak and as they don’t make access points left us to “find a joiner or tradesman to make holes through various expensive flooring ( carpets, tiles and hardwood floors) …and call us back….”We found your company through a Search on-line. The whole operation was efficient and professional from the initial telephone call to invoice receipt. A next day appointment was made, with prior agreement of likely costs, Stephen arrived on time, was professional in every way, proceeded with diagnostics and enlisted his colleague Jack who attended promptly and they completed the diagnostics and repair that day. They were both courteous, considerate and professional throughout. The fitted carpet was rolled back and returned to a state equal to its original placement ( 6 months ago). The one tile that required to be removed was in a discrete space and undamaged.All of the areas were tidy and as they were at the end of the job.Stephen and Jack were both excellent, a credit to the company and are to be congratulated. Whilst I hope we won’t require these services again, we would do so without hesitation. Truly exceptional service.

After several inconclusive visits by plumbers to track a bad leak and the prospect of major disruption to repair it, Jack from WLS found the source and solution within 20 minutes. Very well equipped with latest kit - thermal imaging, spyhole camera etc combined with solid practical experience. Well worth the money, would certainly recommend.

Johnny arrived promptly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable & friendly.Quickly identified this was not a leak in our heating pipes but was in fact a heat exchanger problem with the boiler. He then provided expert advice on how to claim this under our boiler warranty.We’ve suffered 6 years of heating issues, multiple plumbers assessing; annual boiler checks and only Johnny solved our issue.Totally delighted! Took over an old building which had no water. Water Loss Solutions located the exact location of the burst water main using specialist equipment, and repaired it accordingly. Staff were on time, professional and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. Following the works, I received a written report with photographs. Would use again and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this company. Can't recommend them enough. Absolutely professional from start to finish. Got a very quick quote and appointment (within an hour of calling). The gentleman they sent out (Jonny) was fantastic and very professional. He was a pleasure to deal with and is very good at his job. We, as well as our house wete treated with the utmost respect. Excellent job finding and fixing a leak in central heating system. The team in the office went the extra mile to fit me in as soon as possible due to having no heating and a small child. The team that came to the house were very knowledgeable and thorough in fault finding and making sure everything was done properly. Fantastic service and professional work. The water leak was found and confirmed after carefully checking through the neighbor's room and our shower room. The gap behind taps has quickly sealed after the leak was detected. Highly skilled and explained the cause and the solution. Very polite. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

I had almost lost hope of sorting the damp problem in my guest room. Lots of failed attempts with various companies, lots of sleepless nights. I had water loss solutions out to locate a leak in my flat as part of an insurance claim. They were the second company to attend after the first were here all day and unable to locate the leak. Water loss solutions were out for less than two hours and located two separate leaks, amazing!!! The staff member who attended was brilliant, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Water Loss Solutions highly recommend Charles found a leak on my central heating system,new boiler was loosing pressure every day it was a hard to find leak but Charles persivered and found it and fixed it no more drop in pressure.Not a lot of mess just the loss of one kitchen tile.Brill job.

I had been struggling to find a leak in our central heating system for more than 9 months and felt I had tried everything - I was hesitant to use providers who could not guarantee to find the leak, but Nick from Water Loss Solutions found and repaired the leak almost immediately - well worth using, I would recommend.

Thanks to Lorraine in the office and Nick the Engineer who attended the property. Both very polite and very knowledgeable. The pinhole leak in the underfloor CH pipe was found by using Tracer Gas.
